behalf of the owner, property manager or construction supervisor.
Commissioning/Acceptance Testing. On-site management of
the testing and commissioning of fire alarm, smoke control, fire
sprinkler, special hazard and security systems; stand pipes; fire
pumps; stair pressurization and emergency power.
Special Inspector Services. Special inspector services
for smoke control testing as required by the Uniform Building Code
and the International Building Code.
Third Party Installation Review. Review during the system
installation for compliance with the fire protection system design
documents.
Maintenance Management. Implementation of fire protection
systems testing and maintenance programs; maintenance management
database development and maintenance audits.
