Mentoring. Once you've joined The RJA Group, you will be paired up with an experienced consultant who will act as your mentor to guide you through our methods, procedures, and resources. Basically, show you the ropes.

As your career continues with us, you'll take on new responsibilities and challenges, and you will again use a mentor to guide you through each stage of your development.

Cross Training. We feel there are no limitations to what our valuable employees can offer. For that reason, bounds will be tested on projects where to be successfull, you will need to acquire and execute new skills. And we'll provide you with the training and resources to successfully gain those skills.
